With the upcoming release of Heir to the Alpha, I've had lots of questions about the series and related books! Here's a guide to help you figure out reading order (and extra credit reading) for the Tarker's Hollow serials and spin-off series!
Required Reading...
To get the most enjoyment out of Heir to the Alpha, you'll want to begin by reading the complete Curse of the Alpha serial and then the complete Fate of the Alpha serial.

Once you're caught up with those two, you could go straight to Heir to the Alpha, and enjoy the continuation of the story of Tarker's Hollow, or...

You could read Tales from Tarker's Hollow!
The three standalone novellas that make up this collection give background on many of the characters in the serials.
The Talented Mr. MAcGregor is a steamy mystery prequel to the whole series.
The other two take place at the same time as the first episode of Heir to the Alpha!
A scene from The Clockwork Dragon is replicated during an overlapping portion of Heir to the Alpha, but from another character's perspective!
And one of the characters introduced in the novella Ghost of Shifters Past becomes important in Heir to the Alpha!
After reading these three novellas, you'll be REALLY ready to jump into Heir to the Alpha!
